Help-to-Buy Service
Thessy Logistics offers a convenient help-to-buy service for Walker, Motorcycle, and Courier Services. Service charges are based on the total purchase amount, providing flexibility and convenience. Select the Help Buy service during order placement and mention specific items in the notes section for the driver’s assistance.
Our customer service is available to assist you during the following hours:– Monday to Saturday: 8 am – 10 pm– Sunday and Public Holidays: 9 am – 10 pm
How to Place an Order
Follow these steps:
1. Input pick-up and drop-off addresses.
2. Choose immediate or scheduled order.
3. Select vehicle type and additional services.
4. Add references and confirm booking.
5. Click “Place order” for driver matching.
How We Deliver Your Parcel
How to Schedule an Order:
On the app, click “Pick-up time” and select “Later.” Choose pick-up time from 30 minutes to 30 days away. On the web, click “Scheduled” after inputting details.
Placing an Order with Multiple Drop off Locations:
Click “+ Add Stop” for additional locations, up to 4 per order. Drag to rearrange stops as needed.
How Favorite Driver Can Pick Up:
Request your favourite driver by turning on “Favourite drivers first” on the app’s “Add more details” page or checking “Assign to favorite driver only” on the web.
Contacting the Driver:
After matching, use the in-app chat or call function on the app. On the web, use the chat feature or refer to the driver’s phone number in the Order Details panel.
Delivery Status:
Track the driver’s location on the order page. Status includes Finding a driver, Awaiting Driver, In Transit, Delivering, Confirming Bill, Settle Bill, Completed, or Cancelled.
Recipient Status Updates:
Share order details via the “Share” or “Track Order” buttons on the app or web for real-time tracking.
Loading/Unloading Assistance:
Request loading/unloading assistance via add-on services. The moving service price will be quoted by the driver.
