About Order; Edit and Cancellation

To modify an order, click the icon at the top right of the order page on the app or the edit icon under the route section on the web. Select ‘Edit order’ and adjust drop-off location, recipient details, and notes to the driver. Price changes will apply to location updates, and you are allowed to edit only once.

To change the driver, click the icon at the top right of the order page on the app or under the driver card on the web. Choose “Find a new driver” to unassigned the current driver. Your order becomes available for other drivers. Note that you can only unassigned a driver once per order.

Delivery Fees:
Each order’s fee is calculated based on factors like vehicle type, add-on services, and the distance between pick-up and drop-off locations. Explore a simple guide [here] and more detailed pricing information [here].

Peak Hours Surcharge:
During peak hours, a surcharge is added to enhance order matching chances. The surcharge is automatically reflected in your bill, considering ongoing demand and supply.

– For unmatched orders, click “Cancel Order” on the order page via the top right corner in the app (bottom right for the website).
– Immediate orders matched with a driver can be canceled within 5 minutes.
– Scheduled orders can be canceled up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup. After 5 minutes (for immediate) or 45 minutes (for scheduled), contact Customer Service for assistance. Cancellation fees may apply after these timeframes.

– Cancellation is allowed within the grace period: 5 minutes for immediate orders and 45 minutes before scheduled pickup for scheduled orders.
– After the grace period, contact Customer Service for assistance. Cancellation fees may apply.
– Editing is only possible before the driver arrives at the pick-up location. Contact Customer Service for post-arrival edits.

Our service fare is determined by factors such as traffic, order volume, and delivery partner
availability. The total fare may vary based on these factors. The fare displayed at the time of

Recipient Pays Order:
Empower recipients to pay the order by indicating in the remarks that the amount will be
collected at the drop-off location. Ensure you’ve chosen cash as the payment method.
